(Guidance 2022.2.1) Better error message when Guidance options are missing

A few people reported that their Guidance option settings (license code, url) are blank after an update, or they simply forget to specify them.

If this is the case, they get an error message "The key is not present in the dictionary, which is not very friendly, and the Guidance just stops working.

A better option would be to tell the user what exactly is missing.
