Current behaviour

Changing membership type does not affect pending actionlinks

Desired behaviour

I think it is best to completely delete the actionlink to let the user know that they don't have to do anything

Steps to reproduce

  1. Member X is registered as a graduate
  2. Member X receives a link that their membership expires within 45 days
  3. Member X emails the secretary that they are still studying
  4. The secretary updates the membership type to ordinary (and optionally sets a TUe username)
  5. The member can still renew their membership
