📌 Issue

�서버 런타임 환경 (ec2)에 도커를 도입합니다.
CI / CD 자체는 github actions의 리소스를 빌리고 있기 때문에, 그대로 갑니다.

✅ TODO

Docker 세팅
도커 컨테이너 이미지 레지스트리 고르기

AWS ECR 쓰는 방안이 제일 나아보이기도 하구요

CD 파이프라인 수정
