broken blacklist #33

What happens is that when trying to ban either by EMAIL or by DISCORD ID it doesn't work... it gives the following messages

Here the user with email "[email protected]" shows that he is not banned because his blacklist is false

When clicking on the "black list" button, the following message appears

and I go to get your "Get Info" again and it says that it is not on the blacklist

Fix Pls

The "get info" is also broken, it doesn't show the resources that a user should have.
