Add support of cairo1.0 and deserialization of SIerra program.

@raefko any chance you will be able to get around to this in the near future? I may be able to lend a hand if you can provide me with some guidance on what needs to be done.

Thanks in advance - looking forward to using this tool on my Cairo1 contracts

Hello, we are soon going to start working on the Cairo1.0 compatibility.
We've had a few problems with the new json format and the deletion of some of the data we were using.
