Suggestion (Required)

It would be nice to have the option to force certain resource packs to always be disabled, or at least disabled by default (alongside the other options - "hidden", "required", etc.). This could be useful for mods that enable some unwanted resource pack by default.

Please provide some examples of such packs from mods.

Off the top of my head - emogg has a "built-in emojis" resource pack that includes the dev's pick of custom emojis, and Spelunkery has two resource packs that change the textures of vanilla ores, all enabled by default.

I installed resource pack overrides with the intention to disable default emogg emotes, and then realized that there was no way to force disable a pack and here I am too xd
