[Bug]: First Name field missing from the user edit screen when installed on Debian with MySQL

What happened?

This is a variant of #2529

The issue is that we solved form field being misnamed for all mysql installs going forward, but didn't seem to solve it for upgraded instances.

Is there any chance we can add a migration to correct this for existing installs that update?
