Bug: Wrong caller displayed from time to time

It happens, I don't know under which circumstances, that the caller from the previous call is displayed instead of the current (real) caller. This is both in the incoming call screen and the call history. This is very confusing and there is no indication who the real caller was. I cannot be sure when picking a call who I'm going to talk to and I may have no idea whose calls I have missed.
