Gallery breaks with invalid date/time #10

If an image has an invalid date/time it breaks the gallery and only displays a black screen

How could i reproduce the problem? is it related to opening an image on the gallery that was not taken by the native camera app?

It seems to happen randomly with images taken from the camera app itself. Im not sure whats causing it but thats the error that gets displayed.
