We are unable to reproduce above issue locally, auto renew is working fine,
1.Can you please share fwconsole sa ports | grep leport command output, just check port 80 is allowed or not.
2. What is the error showing when you run fwconsole certificates --updateall --force command when firewall is enabled..?

Issue Description
FreePBX 17 does not renew letsencrypt certs successfully out of the box.
finally to get things working had to:
fwconsole firewall stop
fwconsole certificates --updateall
fwconsole firewall start
fwconsole restart
obviously manual intervention should not be needed for LE certs to work.
Operating Environment
Debian V12 + FreePBX v17
Relevant log output
