Issue Description

In Advanced Settings the option to use app_meetme still is exposed when Asterisk v21+ are installed. This application was removed in v21. It should not be an option to select in Advanced Settings for the Conference Room App when Asterisk v21 or higher is installed.

Should also throw an alert/warning on the dashboard (and the conference settings page) if app_meetme is selected but Asterisk v21 or higher is in use.

Confbridge has been the default setting in advanced settings now for a few freepbx versions. It should be safe to remove this option entirely in 17.
