Hi @KSRyanMerritt Can you please upgrade all modules to latest and let us know which phone model and FW is being used in this case. |

Hello, @msanthosh18 just a few updates our phones are already running 2_9_25. Here are the call queue settings, I have attached them so you can attempt to replicate this issue. |
Hi @KSRyanMerritt, Can you check the database to see what information is saved for that number by running the command below: It seems that the incoming number is saved in the PBX Contact Manager. Can you delete the number from the PBX Contact Manager and try again? |

Issue Description
The Module Queue is not logging Caller ID information properly in the Call Log.
When a call comes in the Caller ID shows the proper CID Prefix and CNAM info for the caller
Once you hit the Call Log button that information is stripped and it only shows a phone number no CID Prefix or CNAM.
Please see the screenshots. This works fine for ring groups and direct DID calls, not Call queues, on FreePBX 17.
