The "Call Event Logging" screen sometimes incorrectly displays a "-" as the call duration. I don't know what's causing this, but I discovered this issue when I examined the following call:
As you can see, the highlighted call's duration is "-". However, clicking on "show details" reveals that 6 minutes passed between the start and the end of the call:
Both the Softphone and the employee who made the call confirm that the call was indeed 6 minutes long.
