[improvement]: index.html present after Apache upgrade

Improvement Description

After a Debian upgrade, this one can add an index.html on /var/www/html
That will be useful to remove it if index.html has been created accidentally through any apache upupgrade.
Maybe puting a kind of checking through "incrond" removing this file automatically if this file is created, just avoid to display the default page Apache server instead to display the GUI.

Just an idea like that.
