add settings option to hide caller id

Feature description

Hiding caller ID seems to be supported in Google default phone app in Settings > Calling accounts > Sim > Additional Settings > Caller ID.
Would consider this a basic feature for a phone app. Maybe it can be added to Fossify Phone app.

This is basic functionality for a phone app. Thanks for considering.

I want to add that showing the Caller ID should also be an option.
The Google default phone app per default is set to respect the networks default, but the Caller ID can be set to be shown vor hidden as well.

Also while this is not implemented, as a workaround you can make the Google phone app your default phone app, apply the setting you want in there, then switch back to fossify phone app and deactivate the Google phone app. The setting should stick. At least it did for me.

I also miss the option to hide my own phone number when making calls, as with the Doogle Android Dialer.
Can this please be implemented?
I love the fossify apps but I really miss this setting.
