multiple Sim, cig and small "Call" button - big should be default call SIM, not just SIM1

Steps to reproduce the bug

How to reproduce:
Having two Sims active, chose Sim2 as default.
Open phone app, type in a number via dialer pad.
The big call button will be Sim1 and the small Sim2.

Expected behavior

I would expect the default Call Sim (here Sim2) will have the big button.

Actual behavior

The big call button will be Sim1 (very likely a fixed setting).

I think it's working as intended, SIM1 is the primary button by design.

It'll be better to just use single button and launch the SIM card selection dialog (as done in Google Phone) instead of swapping two buttons based on user preference.

Yes, in this case better to use only one button and this with default call SIM. Shall I open a new issue?
