Feature description

When setting the alarm, you can specify whether the alarm should be deleted automatically after being triggered.

Why do you want this feature?

I often use timers just for a quick nap or just for one day. After that I have to go in the app and delete the alarm manually.

The app currently treats alarms that have no days configured as one time.
The issue is that instead of deleting them, it merely disables them.
It should be deleting them by default, with a config option to disable instead of delete

As an option yes, but on the other hand i use one time alarms as an manually alarm (when i have unsuspected go later to work or so) and its very handy to have on set the time, not the sound and all when setting up.
