[TRACKING] Webpack 4 support

It looks like this library doesn't support webpack 4. There were apparently some breaking changes as almost every webpack plugin required changes to work with webpack4. I opened a similar issues here for another plugin so perhaps looking at their changes would be a good starting place: zinserjan/mocha-webpack#209

I unfortunately don't have time to try to help with the fix myself but I hope someone out there does. This looks like a very cool project and I won't be able to use it since I've upgraded all my projects to webpack 4.

How is this coming along? Would you mind documenting the upstream issues such that we can follow (or help) with those?

Upstream is already done:

@kenwheeler is working on integrating those changes here.
