files from output folder doesn't regenerated

Describe the bug
The problem is simple. I think that when we run inside scripts like generatefiles - it will regenerate our files, that we're using for debug and tests. But those files doesn't regenerated at all. So if I simply delete all content from that folder - our builds will start to crash, because we simply don't have those files.
