Prepare list of executable flank commands

As a flank contributor, I want to have a document with a list of flank commands with references so I can better understand all flank commands.

Describe the solution

Prepare a list of required commands, each command should have reference to related kt file with command.

Requirements

The list should contain only commands that are running real use-cases, instead of commands that just printing help.

Additional notes

A list of executable flank commands is necessary for the domain part of the table of contents from #1509
