[Web] Integrate flank web with flank repository

As a flank developer, I want to have a web codebase on the main flank repository so I can easily manage it.

Describe the solution
The flank website is already prepared by web developers from Gogoapps and it's accessible under the https://gogoapps.github.io/flank-website/ (thx guys). So the solution is to copy the codebase, and host it under the flank domain.
