Fix issue when sync/build using IDE

After merging to mono-repo there is an issue when sync files with Gradle:

Task 'prepareKotlinBuildScriptModel' not found in project ':test_runner'.

* Try:
Run gradle tasks to get a list of available tasks. Run with --info or --debug option to get more log output. Run with --scan to get full insights.
