Description
Design the feature for setting the storage/supported storage versions during the application deployment using the Metrics CLI.

Acceptance Criteria

Clearly explain the way of setting the supported storage version to the Metrics Web application during deployment.
Explain the process of setting the storage version to the Firestore database
