[BUG] package.json contents of v1.3.3 is out of sync with what is in repo?

Describe the bug
The contents of the package.json file in the published version 1.3.3 are out of sync with the contents of the repo. Specifically, the only difference is the following:

NPM:

"aws-sdk": "2.617.0"

Repo:

"aws-sdk": "^2.644.0"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Download the published version from NPM:

curl -LO https://registry.npmjs.org/@fjandin/config-man/-/config-man-1.3.3.tgz

Expected behavior

The peer dependency should be updated.
