Hide report note once converted to plannings

Reports may be directly converted into plannings if they can be built in the spot where they were originally reported. If users have entered a description of the location they report, this description should not be displayed anymore once the report has been turned into a planning by changing its status so that it doesn't seem as if that note was a description by administration officials.
