3.0.0 - New features and upgrades

This release focuses on ergonomics and standards compliance. It now better follows PSRs 3 (logging) and 11 (DI containers), and includes additional tooling to make developing and testing new API endpoints easier. It is also tested against and officially supports PHP 7.0-7.2.
