Transparent blocks (water, colored glass, etc) have a weird glitch where they sometimes start flickering between different opacity levels depending on the angle you view them at.

Do you have a modlist, per chance? It almost looks like the water is being rendered twice or something, and I'm not entirely sure why that would be right off the bat.
Additionally, could you try turning off the waypoint markers you have in your map mod? I don't think it's causing it, but it would be nice to confirm, as it's the only thing I can immediately notice being different between the screenshots.
