Practitioners need to understand the gaps in their datasets, generators should know what to include in a good conformance report.

It would be great for all FOCUS data providers to supply a conformance report in a common format (covering a base level of details). Providing a template and specifying requirements for data generators better enables the practitioner community to understand the gaps/shortcomings.

What use cases, FinOps or others, can't be performed with the existing specification unless this issue is addressed?

Practitioners are able to understand what gaps are in the datasets and are better able to join FOCUS datasets
