Firmware 160 #54
Comments
I have another issue with 160. I'm able to downgrade from it to 099, able install hacks, but after upgrade hacks don't work. |
I cant seem to get the 099 firmware loaded. I load the tf_recovery.img into the root of the SD card, insert it into the camera and connect the USB power. The device then boots up within 20 seconds I have the blue LED, when I check the SD card it's renamed the recovery file to tf_recovery.img.bk and the version is still 3.4.2_0160, no SSH/RTSP available. I'm not sure which version of the camera I have, the base of the stand says: SXJ01ZM |
I have the same model, I can do the downgrade, but isn't installing the hack. Any solutions? |
I have the same device SXJ01ZM. I was able to downgrade to 099 and install the hacks. The RTSP stream was working. Than I Upgraded to 160 and SSH and RTSP is not working anymore. |
There is a new firmware update, 160. There are people who say that from that version they can not downgrade the 099 to apply the hack, just in case it's better not to try to update the camera directly.
The hack works with the new firmware 160 but to update it, it's convenient to first downgrade to 099 (renaming the file tf_recovery.img.bak to tf_recovery.img and restarting for the downgrade) and then from MiHome update to 160. Just in case the option I have previously deactivated RTSP
