text data with '%' is escaped and written #60

Describe the bug
In DATA editing, text data with '%' string is escaped and the escape characters are written to the field.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open a TEXT data field in DATA.
Input 'A%', for example.
Click Update.
The content becomes 'A\%'.

Expected behavior
Entered text data is written without escape.
