No custom resolution on android

Native resolution only, -width and -height commands have no effect.

Android port have no way to set up any custom resolution.

Not sure if it even needs that, as it barely gives any performance boost.

As I said this too many times, I don't care if some low skilled players believe they get better at a game by stretching the aspect ratio.

You're free to implement this feature and send a PR, but I personally find this completely disgusting and don't want to work on this.
