Add new arguments to new_*() functions:

  • contributing: to add a CONTRIBUTING.md file and ISSUE_TEMPLATE (default is TRUE)
  • code_of_conduct: to add a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file (default is TRUE)
  • compendium: to change the structure of additional folders (default is c("data/raw-data", "data/derived-data", "outputs", "figures", "analyses"))
  • engine: one of rmarkdown or quarto
