Card Report print to PDF inserts blank first page #801

Describe the bug
When printing the Card Report, a blank page is inserted before the report. It also messes up the format.

To Reproduce
After event, go to Event Reports | Referee Card Report
Click on the printer icon
See in print preview a blank page at the beginning.

Expected behavior
No blank page printed. Report formatted like others.

Device (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 10 Home Version 22H2
Browser Google Chrome
Version 131.0.6778.109 (Official Build) (64-bit)
