I was head reffing a meet with <12 teams, so T206 (5min) field timers were running between some matches. Several times, teams were loaded on the field and ready before the end of the timer. Once, the timer ended as teams were asked if they were ready and a false start occurred when the team heard the timer-ending noise. There did not appear to be a way to stop the timer early from the Scorekeeper screens or from the Head Ref tablet to avoid this confusion. We did see the note that timers are under development.
It would also be nice if there were easier ways to display the timer on the field from the main event control screen. (the Scorekeeper was using the "display blank screen" on a display tab.)
Describe the solution you'd like
A T206 "Stop Field Timer" button on the main event Match Control screen at the top (near the load next match / show preview / show match / etc. buttons) to avoid audio cue confusion
Describe alternatives you've considered
"Stop Field Timer" under the "Timers" section on "settings" tab.
Additional support in the Scorekeeper Manual on Timers, when available.

Adding to this, we had a similar issue at an event with 11 teams. The 1 minute warning or buzzer would go off for the end of the 5 minute timer right in the middle of the game announcer talking and introducing the teams for the next match that was about to start. It was very disrupting to the game announcer, and not great for the audience. I am not sure that the buzzer at the end of that timer is adding anything and is necessary all. Just making it easier to display the timer value on audience display is probably sufficient for communicating how much time is left.
We had an event with 11 teams, so there was a 5 minute break very often. Many of these times the teams did not need the 5 minutes and would be ready to proceed, but we were not able to because if we do the timer for the break would go off during matches.
I would advocate for a way in match control to turn on off/skip this timer, or make a setting to disable it entirely and let the referees handle it.
