FEX-Emu: Planned CI outage Nov/6 - Nov/15

FEX-Emu CI infrastructure is going down between these dates as they get moved to a new data center.

• Planned dates: Nov/6 to Nov/12.
• Extenuating circumstances may push this to Nov/15.

This is a tracking issue for tracking any status changes.

As a reminder, this is happening in a. Couple of hours

CI is now down and will remain down until at least the planned date of Nov/12

ISP didn't show up on the 12th, so this is pushed back until at least the 15th.

Working on getting this setup today. Bear with me.

This was delayed until later today, avoiding the potential for hardware breakage.

This is now mostly back. Missing one Mac Mini and one Solidrun board, so CI runs will be a bit slower until I resolve that.

Looks like the missing solidrun board managed to sort itself out.
Missing Mac Mini will need to wait until I find a screen I can plug in to the thing.
