Add feature

STORY: I am using it long time(android 11then 12), now me got android 13 and i know that i have to now not just allow permission via adb. Now i gotta allow it in app too with permission window. But that pops up First Time and then sometime and records a while. I do not request(but i would like) to have the permission allow logs for at best forever but for this.(read FEATURE)

FEATURE: I want a button to trigger the popup because sometime it does not popup when i return to app after some time.

BENEFITS FOR US(Android 13 and possibly Android 13+ Vieeing Users/Developers): When window does not popup or we accidentally dismiss, we can open it to allow seeing logs.
