Summary

In the latest ExpressLRS configurator we are using OpenSSL 1.1.1.9.
There is a critical security vulnerability in that version.
Is this going to be updated any time soon?

This will be updated once #582 is merged. In any case risk profile for expresslrs configurator is very low.
