Expand Biolink predicates to include sub-predicates

Kara pointed out that predicates don't currently expand (i.e. if you search for biolink:related_to, we only display edges having this exact relationship, and not say biolink:affects). We should be able to load the Biolink Model from GitHub and do the expansion on the fly.
