We are renaming our shouldNotify Onyx update property to shouldShowPushNotification. This PR checks for both the old property and the new one to ensure compatibility

You have to enable notifications for chrome in system settings and allow permission for the site when prompted. If notifications are still hidden, there should be a reason in logs ([PushNotification] or [LocalNotification])
