• Clears notifications for a report when you open it
• Clean up for old unused code in BrowserNotification & LocalNotification libs
• CAVEAT: On web, refreshing the page clears the in-memory notification cache which means this functionality does not work after a page refresh

This is working decently well but I'm running into issues with the focus event not being unsubscribed because we're rendering multiple ReportScreens when switching chats. I'm asking about this here.

If you switch to the chat (where you'd get messages) and switch to another tab, the notifications won't come in

I repro'd this. Looks like there's an issue with lastReadTime being updated for the report:

It's being updated here even though the window isn't actually visible

Fixing this with a Visiblity.isVisible() check
