The IOU should display only one button with no dropdown option saying simply "Pay". Expected result extracted from this PR. #19817
The button displays "Pay Elsewhere" instead of "Pay".
Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?

Reproducible in staging?: Yes Reproducible in production?: No, this is a new change to the button
