To Reproduce

  1. bash xud.sh
  2. choose simnet and create wallet
  3. close utils
  4. bash xud.sh

Actual result
notification about connext upgrade

Expected result
No update notifications

@raladev It's becuase the light Ethereum provider changed during different launches. We could move "fastest Ethereum provider selection" into connext container.

This shouldn't always ask about an update @raladev , only if it actually changes and that should be rarely the case on simnet
