Draft Pull Request for Input File Checker

May want to simultaneously put in a draft PR to put in basic input file checks (nalu domain enclosed by amr domain, openfast config flags are compliant with what is required for FSI). Lawrence has a reader frontend for AMR that could be used, target something like openfoam's checkmesh utility. Easiest would be python reader, but then add python environment complexity so needs discussion/planning. Mike: sounds like may be very useful to help in future.
