please run the following commands and send the logs you get: Reputation log : Sashi mb XRPL log : also please refer to this documentation to identify what the issue is. |
What do I enter for --user? I'm unclear. I tried running it as is and nothing happens so i used my host name and that didn't produce a result. I appreciate your help thank you. |
sorry, there was a mistake in the first log command. please try the following command instead. you don't need to make any changes on these commands. the second command I shared earlier should work properly. sudo -u sashireputationd bash -c journalctl --user -u sashimono-reputationd | tail -n 250 |
Welcome to Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.4.0-28-generic x86_64)
|
Are you running Evernode inside a Kubernetes container? If so, that might be the issue, as Sashimono doesn't support containerized environments. |
No. I did no special changes or adjustments when setting things up. All 3 hosts were getting rewards and had the same resources. Then the new requirements recently were enacted and I upgraded my server resources. Yet never was able to achieve the 200 reputation. |
What's your host address? |
4evernode.com |
I just opted out while I'm waiting to figure out why I'm not getting a good reputation. Let me know if you need me to opt-in for further testing. I sure want to get this thing working. |
Opted back in to see if any miracle happens but no luck same result. Looks like I'll just have to shut the host down. Really was hoping Evernode had a better support system. Between discord and here I've sent months and getting nowhere. To be a host and take the time to support Evernode I thought they'd do better to really support their hosts. |
your scoreNumerator seems to be 0. refer to this documentation |
I have the log file path yet what is the exact command string to download the log file? I'd like to provide it here and maybe it's obvious to someone what the issue ay be. I'd like to keep at least one of my hosts as I have shut down 2 from frustration.
Much appreciate the assistance.
