The site has recently been improved with https://etimo.se/kollegorna/ Currently it's focused on photos. It should be expanded with text and/or video(s) so visitors (in particular candidates) get to know us better.

Suggestions:

  1. Add text/video about the individuals
  2. Consider adding info about value keywords before the photos
  3. Some individuals are displayed already on the start page. The photo in the start page should have a button that links directly to that individuals info on this page.
