eTar is supposed to evaluate the in .ics included .ics timezone definition and based on it to convert the times to UTC.

Same exact problem. I believe the person who setup the ICS invite for me was using Microsoft Outlook

No news about this ? I receive many ics invitation but I always need to change the date...
The last date is ok but not the first (setted in 1970) and when I change the first, the last also change at 203x.
