Should be able to navigate between examples w/o going back to examples home page.

May want to wait until after #77 if going to use caclite-web instead of calcite-bootstrap.

Also want to add a "category" to the examples JSON - each example should be in one of the following categories:

  • Map
  • Basemap
  • Layers
  • Misc/Other
