The EQS should perform better if we make sure to access the EFS drive frequently.

@Ancient123 increased the AWS EFS bandwidth. It now takes about 13 seconds to do the persistence instead of up to 5 minutes. Lets monitor it for a day and if there are no issues with it we can close this ticket.
