这卡确实是个坑，初次用看上去挺正常的，但是会出现随机无法使用的情况，必须关机再开机才能重新启用。
我现在还是用外置无线网卡凑合了，usb不够用，可以买个type-c转usb的转接线，虽然mac下雷电识别不到，但是雷电口的usb功能是正常的。Intel的蓝牙现在也能凑用了，修改驱动以后可以正常打开关闭，就是开机和睡眠后需要用虚拟机激活一下固件。

Hummmm for us it is pretty much plug and play for macOS and driver required for Windows...never had any problem...

Regardless whether you plug in another antenna or not (I haven't tried this but in theory) it should not impact loading because the antenna is essentially just another cable and has no chip on it, and should not have anything to do with booting. But you can always try.

Thanks @Errrneist . I'll continue to investigate the installing Mac issue today. How about Windows? I already installed the bluetooth driver and I don't have a 3rd antenna yet, the bluetooth is not working. Is it normal?

I believe you can ask for it. In fact, I bought my card from him back when I was hackintoshing my Thinkpad P50 several years ago (It still works I'm quite surprised).

If you are not sure what to ask or he is confused, just say you don't speak Chinese but tell him "我想买一张适用于Thinkpad X1 Extreme带排线的那种转接卡，BCM943602CS网卡我也需要一张" (I want an adaptor card compatible with TP X1E and I also need a 2CS card as well).

I think that is something you need to figure out on your machine. We don't have this problem, and in theory it should not have this problem since this is essentially just a USB 2.0 connector.

Hey @anht3889 , can you describe what you did to make bluetooth work in both Windows and macOS?
I am in the same situation as you were before:

• Bought BCM943602CS from TaoBao (Superbuy as proxy to get it delivered to USA)
• Replaced the built-in WiFi with 2CS and attached the two built-in antennas (or those wires - not sure what they are called - one is grey and other is black) to J0 (black) and J1 (grey).
• The 2CS card already came with a cable attached to J2. The end is just an antenna (with an adhesive to keep the cable in place?) which I left it as is.
• Also, there's one more cable - which has blue-ends with a white strip. I looked at photos which @Errrneist posted in the repository and attached the other end to the slot.

For macOS:

• WiFi worked as fine. No bluetooth.

For Windows:

• After installing drivers and rebooting, Wifi worked as fine. No bluetooth

I'm on latest EFI release which is 3.6, and macOS 10.15.2, if it matters.

TL;DR:
I attached cables to 2CS card as follows (attached photo):

• J0 to black cable
• J1 to grey cable
• J2 (left it as is - comes attached with an antenna)

To both @Errrneist and @anht3889 and (everyone else if they know what this is):

• Did I do it right?
• @anht3889, can you lay out the steps you did to solve the BT issues please?

I just ditched the adapter card, it's crap, my bluetooth is intermittent, can't get better with cable changes, seller says it's fine. Finally, I soldered myself an adapter usb d+ d- to the smartcard port for power and everything is working fine now!
