Update gptme-python PyPI name to redirect to gptme #155

After #148 we have some house cleaning to do to avoid confusion and people installing an old version.

Ideally the package install would either fail, or simply depend on the latest version of gptme and use it (but wouldn't work for pipx etc, unless entrypoints are preserved in replacement package).

Should probably use https://github.com/simonw/pypi-rename

Will wait a couple of days just to see how the download stats change.

Done: https://pypi.org/project/gptme-python/0.19.1/

Thanks to @simonw for making https://github.com/simonw/pypi-rename which made it super easy to do.
